Basketball Strength & Conditioning

Clemson's strength training center in the Huckabee Annex of Littlejohn Coliseum has all the modern equipment in the industry. The facility is nearly 4,000 square feet, making it among the most spacious training facilities for just basketball in the nation. The new facility is eight times as large as what had been used previously.

Space is one of the biggest selling points. There are more work stations than the number of student-athletes, meaning there is no waiting in line to use equipment.

The facility also features five 36-inch televisions with sound system and video capabilities that make for a pleasant work environment for very strenuous activity. The VCR feature allows athletes to work out while watching a highlight package from a recent game or of the next opponent, allowing for scout and strength training at the same time.

The facility also includes four platforms and racks, a cardio section, two LAT poles, two working stations, an agility and stretching area, a medicine ball section, a nutritional bar and a dumb bell area.

It is simply one of the most complete facilities in the nation and will give Clemson basketball players the ability to become the best they can be from a physical preparation standpoint.
