2006-2007: Had his best meet of the season at the right time by recording three career best times in the 50 freestyle (20.86), 100 freestyle (45.44), and 200 freestyle (1:39.70) during the ACC Championships...Placed 19th in the 50, 16th in the 100, and 13th in the 200, as well as being a member of the fourth place 400 freestyle relay (3:00.39) and anchored the fifth place 800 freestyle relay (6:37.60)...Placed sixth in the 50 freestyle (21.35) and 100 freestyle (46.64), and was a member of the fourth place 200 freestyle relay (1:24.63), and fifth place 400 freestyle relay (3:07.16)...Finished eighth in the 200 freestyle (1:41.73), was a member of fourth place 200 freestyle relay (1:22.11), fifth place 400 freestyle relay (3:03.60), seventh place 800 freestyle relay (6:49.30), 13th place 400 medley relay (3:28.20), and had a season best time in the 100 backstroke (52.66) at the 2006 Nike Cup...Placed third in the 200 freestyle (1:42.97), and was a member of the Clemson pool record breaking 200 freestyle relay against N.C. State.
2005-06: Closed out the year with a strong performance at the 2006 ACC Championships where he recorded three career best times during the preliminary heats of the 50 freestyle (21.09), 100 freestyle (45.51), and 200 freestyle (1:40.15)...In the season opener at Virginia Tech, placed fifth in the 50 freestyle (21.59) and was a member of the third place 400 freestyle relay (3:10.74)...Against #14 Virginia, finished third in the 50 freestyle (21.60), was part of the 1-2-3-4 sweep in the 100 freestyle (47.62) by the Tigers, and was a member of the winning 400 freestyle relay team (3:06.49)...At the 2005 Nike Cup, placed in the top 15 in seven events...Was sixth in the 200 freestyle (1:40.46), 12th in the 100 backstroke (51.74) and 100 freestyle (46.23), 15th in the 50 freestyle (21.27), and was a member of the fifth place 200 freestyle relay (1:23.85), seventh place 800 freestyle relay (6:53.09), and the sixth place 400 freestyle relay (3:03.83)... Finished first in the 100 backstroke (53.03) against Davidson...At Duke, won the 100 freestyle (46.62) and placed second in the 100 backstroke (52.17) to close out the dual meet season.
2004-2005: Had his best meet of the season against Florida State, finishing in fifth place in the 50 free with a time of 21.79 and earning a third-place finish in the 200 free relay...finished fifth in the 50 free with a time of 22.17 against Duke and College of Charleston...earned a seventh-place finish in the 50 free (22.05) and a sixth-place in the 100 free 48.75) in a meet with Georgia.
2003-2004: Posted season-best times in the 100 back (51.30) and the 100 free (46.32) during the preliminary rounds of the ACC Championships...at the same meet, was a member of the fifth-place 400 free relay team (3:01.34) and the seventh-place 200 free relay team (1:22.28)...recorded a season-fastest time in the 50 free (21.17) and placed 19th in the 100 free (46.39) at the Nike Cup...at the same meet, was a member of the fifth-place 400 free relay team (3:02.23), the ninth-place 200 medley relay team (1:32.95), the 10th-place 200 free relay team (1:24.06) and the 15th-place 400 medley relay team (3:27.20)...was a member of the winning 200 free (1:26.00) and 400 free relay teams (3:08.64), the second-place 300 fly (2:38.10) and 500 free relay teams (4:08.73) against LSU...was a member of the winning 400 free relay team (3:07.20) and placed third in the 50 free (21.74) against South Carolina...was part of the second-place 200 free relay team (1:24.83) against Georgia...was a member of the winning 400 free relay team (3:06.92) against Virginia Tech and Maryland...won the 100m back (1:00.81) and was part of the 400m medley relay team (4:03.53) that finished second at the College of Charleston...was part of the winning 400 free relay team (3:05.90) against Virginia..placed second in the 50 free (21.89) against Denver, Utah and Florida Atlantic...placed second in both the 50 free (21.82) and the 100 free (47.81) against Davidson and James Madison...was part of the winning 400 free relay team (3:03.67) and took third place in the 50 free (21.57) at North Carolina...named to the ACC Honor Roll.
In High School: The state runner-up in the 100 back...named an Academic All-American...a three-time MVP at Lake Region High School (2000-2003)...earned four varsity letters in swimming...swam for the Winter Haven Stingrays coached by Jim Grazier...born 9/14/84...majoring in mathematical sciences.
