Overview: Walk-on recently completed his third year with the team...originally classified as a senior in 2007-08, however he will play out his eligibility in the fall as he continues his academic work as an electrical and computer engineering major...winner of the team's Academic Excellence Award the past two years for owning the top cumulative grade point average...has played in 25 career games, for a total of 38 minutes...as a junior he played in 11 games and made 2-3 shots from the field...scored four points in two minutes against Gardner-Webb, two of which came courtesy a fastbreak dunk...appeared in six games for a total of 12 minutes in 2005-06...first points as a Tiger were dramatic, he hit a last second three-pointer against Puerto Rico-Mayaguez to end the game at the 2005 San Juan Shootout...played five minutes in that contest...showed an ability to rebound, he grabbed six rebounds in limited action his first year with the program...played in two ACC contests in 2005-06...saw action in eight games as a junior...in five minutes of play, he hit a three-pointer versus Western Carolina, which sent the crowd into a loud ovation...played four minutes versus Arkansas State in 2006-07 season opener.
In High School: Played four years at Fort Mill High School under Brian Turner and Bailey Jackson...earned first-team all-region honors as a senior in 2004...born 12/13/85...majoring in electrical and computer engineering.
