Clemson defeated a top-ranked team for the second time in the program's history as the Tigers knocked off #1 North Carolina 75-65 on Feb. 18, 2001. In one of the most improbable upsets of a #1 team in NCAA history, Will Solomon scored 26 points as the Tar Heels and their 17-game win streak were stopped.
