2003-04: Doubles All-American and All-ACC performer...finished the season ranked 62nd in singles and 23rd as a doubles team with Jarmaine Jenkins...Singles: Finished the season with a 22-19 record overall in singles...finished the year with a 15-16 mark in dual match play...finished the season with a 2-5 mark in ACC play...played number one singles for the Tigers his junior season...had a 12-15 record at number one singles and a 3-1 mark at number two...had a 49-43 record in sets played...had a 5-5 mark in three set matches...also had a 8-3 mark in tie breakers...finished the season with a 7-2 record at home......Doubles...teamed with Jarmaine Jenkins and the pair finished with a 26-21 record overall...had a 28-21 record in doubles...finished with a 16-17 recod in dual matches...Thompson and Jenkins had a 4-3 record vs. ACC teams.
2002-2003: Singles: Finished the season with a 19-17 overall record after having to move up to number-one singles for the injured Goran Sterijovski...Ended the season with an 11-3 home record...Doubles: Paired with Jarmaine Jenkins to finish with a 22-12 record at number-one doubles...Compete in the NCAA Doubles Tournament with Jenkins, falling in the first round...Ended the season with a No. 22 National Ranking
2001-2002: Singles: Finished the year with a 17-12 overall record and a 13-8 mark in dual matches...second on the team in singles wins...was also second on the team with 13 victories in dual matches...posted a 1-2 mark in ACC matches...played nine matches at the number-five position posting an 8-1 record in those matches...picked up three wins at the number-three position and two victories at the number-two spot...Doubles: Posted a 14-15 overall record ...recorded a 2-5 mark in ACC matches...teamed up with Marko Gojanovic for 10 of his 14 victories...paired with Micah Thompson for the remaining four wins.
Before Clemson Attended Westwood High school in Austin Texas for his
freshman and sophmore years...was undefeated in both singles and
doubles.... then moved to Baltimore, Md where he was ranked #1 in the
midatlantic in boys 16s singles and was ranked as high as # 8 in the
nation...junior and senior years he attended Arlington Baptist High
School... played varsity basketball and baseball...averaged 20.1 points
per game in basketball his senior year and was named MVP of his team for
both basketball and baseball.....was born 12/16/82.....majoring in
management.
